פרויקט נכס להשמשה (זמנית) מציע חשיבה מחדש על המושג ״תכנון״ אגב פירוקו למבט ארוך טווח וקבוע ולאקט מהיר וזמני, כזה שביכולתו להגיב לצרכים קיימים בשטח.

בבחינת התכניות העירוניות במרחב האורבני נמצא שקיימים מבנים ומתקנים רבים הממתינים לשינוי תכנוני נרחב והנמצאים בשלב ביניים: מבנים נטושים או בשימוש חלקי בלבד, אשר אינם מנצלים את מלוא הפוטנציאל לשימוש בהם. זאת מול צורך וביקוש למקומות שיכולים להכיל שימושים זמניים ללא מחויבות ארוכת טווח.

The project Temp Repairing Assets rethinks the concept of “planning” by breaking it down to the long run and permanent perspective and a quick and temporary, dynamic and changing action that can respond to the needs on the ground.

An examination of municipal plans in the urban space revealed that there are many structures and buildings awaiting extensive planning transformation and are in an intermediate stage: abandoned or partly populated buildings that do not use their potential to its fullest. At the same time, there is a need and demand for places that can hold temporary uses without a long-term commitment.
